Free feedback
Free website feedback, paid for with thirty seconds
No trial that runs out, no credit card. Review other websites, earn credits, and spend them on votes from real people for your own homepage.
The catch with most free feedback
Free means few answers
Posting your site in a forum gets you a handful of replies, if you're lucky. Not enough to know what's typical.
Automated checks miss the point
Speed and SEO tools measure your code. They can't tell you whether a person understands or trusts your homepage.
Free trials end before the results do
Many paid tools let you try one test. Then you need a subscription to see if your changes worked.
How it works
Give thirty seconds, get an honest verdict back
Review other websites
Look at a screenshot and answer four questions. Every review earns you a credit.
Put your own site in line
Choose how many votes you want. Priority or a target audience gets them faster or more focused.
Read the verdict
A stay score, a rating per question and short comments. Unreliable votes are filtered out.
Four questions
What you get for free
Every vote is a real person answering the same four questions about your homepage, on a scale of 1 to 5.
Do I understand what this is?
Whether strangers can tell what you offer from your first screen.
Do I trust it?
Whether your site gives people enough reason to believe you.
Does it look professional?
Whether it looks polished, or like it was never finished.
Would I stay?
Whether they would stay. The share of 4s and 5s becomes your stay score.
How the credit system works
StayOrBounce is a give-and-take system. You review other people's homepages, and they review yours. Every review earns one credit; every vote on your site costs one credit. That keeps the queue full and the feedback honest: everyone who rates your site is also a website owner looking for the same thing you are.
How many votes are enough?
A result is marked reliable from 10 votes. More votes make smaller differences visible, for example between two versions of your headline. Read how many votes you need for the details.
Free is not cheap
Free feedback is still checked. Reviewers have to look at a screenshot for at least five seconds before they can answer, and votes that look automatic are filtered out and earn no credits. Read how we score websites for the full method.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. You get 3 credits when you sign up. Each review you do earns 1 credit, and 1 credit buys 1 vote on your own website. A reliable result needs 10 votes.
How long does it take to earn enough credits?
A review takes about 30 seconds. You can do up to 10 reviews a day, so with the signup bonus you can start a 10-vote test on your first day.
Why would I ever pay?
Paying is for when you want results faster, more votes at once or votes from a specific audience. See pricing.
